Hello everybody, my name is Brandon. And i have been a friend on your myspace for a little while now. I have looked through your gallery, and seen some of your work. And what can i say, it looks amazing.
I would really like to get a tattoo done at your shop, but i just had a couple questions. Do you charge by the hour or by the tattoo? And if by the hour, how much do you typically charge? I know that it's going to be expensive, because i plan on getting almost my whole forearm done. Here's a picture of basically what i would like to get on my inner forearm. The design is from a shirt i own, and i absolutely love the artwork. But i think that more could be added to it. Especially more color, i love bright colorful tattoos. ![]() I just want to know from you artists, what you think? and how well you think this will work on a tattoo? |

Hey Brandon! Thanks for the compliments and welcome to the forum! It is pretty hard to see the details of the design, all reputable shops charge by the hour these days but its kinda funny because even though most artists claimed to be by the piece back in the day, the tattoos were still priced based on the time the artist thought that it would take. So really the only difference is all the artists are upfront about it now, plus a lot of the time the tattoos end up going quicker than you think so its really hard for an artist to base his or her price off of the tattoo since we dont do the same tattoos everyday!

What's up buddy!!
Welcome to the forums, I think that would be a fun fucking piece to do for sure, I think what jared is saying is swing by the shop, sometimes you can just pop in but it's easier to schedule a time so we're not busy at the time and can stop to talk to you, but yeah it will definitely be easier to see it in person, plus your fore arm coul be bigger than pop eyes for all we know. |
